Large rectangular cast iron grillpan with space-saving foldaway handle

This grillpan by Italian manufacturer Risolì is made from cast iron. Thanks to its great heat retention capabilities makes this grillpan also an ideal serving dish: sizzling hot to the table top.

** ATTENTION:  When using this griddle on an induction cooktop it must not be used on 2 separate induction zones at the same time as this causes great thermal tensions inside the griddle which could lead to breakage!
