Large square enamel roaster with ribbed bottom

This rectangular roaster by the South Bohemian manufacturer BELIS, situated at České Budějovice (Budweis), is equally suitable for use on the stove or in the oven. The sturdy steel core is sealed all around with a black and white speckled enamel. Side-mounted handles save space in the oven. The ribbed base provides additional stability and allows excess fat to drain away.
