5 years manufacturer's guarantee

This WESTMARK product has a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee. The guarantee does not reduce your rights under consumer law. Following the manufacturer's terms and conditions of guarantee:

The Westmark guarantee is a voluntary commitment and extends to all countries in which the Westmark products are purchased. The statutory material defects rights (guarantee) for the purchase of a product remains unaffected by this.

Westmark GmbH hereby undertakes a functional guarantee for the period stated on the packaging - generally 5 years after purchase of the product - provided that the item was used properly in the usual household scope and no damage was caused by the customer. Should the product exhibit an applicable defect, we shall either provide an equivalent replacement or we shall undertake to return the product to a functioning state using brand-new replacement parts. Wearing parts such as scraper plates or springs for pitters are excluded from the guarantee.

The sales receipt shall be considered evidence for the guarantee period.

Guarantee claim abroad

We generally handle guarantee claims from abroad via the sales partner in the respective country.

Unfortunately we can not accept damaged products which reach us without prior arrangement. Please coordinate the procedure with us first.
