PfannenProfis application tips: The maximum benefits of this baking mat can be achieved in the hot-air mode of the oven. For safe handling, please insert the baking mat into the oven or remove it from the oven only with a oven grid / baking tray. Coarse soiling should be soaked if necessary and removed with a very soft rinsing brush. Never use hard, abrasive materials to avoid micor scratches in the silicone.
Do not use on grills or over open fire! Do not cut on the mat!
Before first use, we recommend to clean the mat thoroughly with hot soapy water, rinse with clear water, then let flash off in the oven at at least 200° C for about an hour.
