Fondue pots

Fondues are a perfect dish for a cosy get-together.

If you want to cook meat, fish or veggies then a fondue with broth is the best choice.

The Asian fondue (aka Hot Pot) is a low-fat way of cooking. As the broth can only be heated to max. 100° C yo should make sure that the ingredients are cut to small and thin pieces so that the cooking process doesn't take too long.

In a classic fondue with hot fat the ingredients are cooking much faster. Please use only oil / fat that is suitable for frying, so no butter, no native oilve or canola oil.

For a classic cheese fondue white wine and cheese are being mixed and heated. As soon as the cheese has melted you can begin. Just dip little pieces of bread or cubes of cooked potato into the wine-cheese-mixture.

Please note that the ceramic pots that come with cheese fondues are not suitable for stoves.
