If you would like to make a payment without a payment provider as intermediary we offer you the classic way of paying for your order via bank transfer.

Our bank details are part of the order confirmation. Please check the spam / junk folder of your inbox if this confirmation mail seems not to appear. 

Please pay within 3 days. Items will be shipped after receipt of payment.

If we don't receive payment within 7 days we reserve the right to cancel your order, free of charge, without further information.

Please note that this payment option is only available to customers from Germany and other EU countries.

Our partner PayPal offers you different payment options: The popular purchase on account, the comfortable direct debit and the payment via credit card are all available at no extra cost and you do not need a PayPal account.

And of course, as a PayPal member you can also pay directly with your PayPal account at no extra cost.

Notes on purchase on account: Payment term is 1 month; you can find the exact payment term on the invoice that you receive from us via e-mail or also printed on paper if recipient of delivery and invoice address are identical. Payment details can also be found on the invoice. In addition, PayPal will send you an e-mail with payment details. An automated credit rating is part of the payment process when purchasing on account. Please note that we do not have any influence on the outcome of this rating. If your wish to purchase on account should be declined please choose from one of our other payment options.

We assig our claim against you to PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. as part of an ongoing factoring contract. Thus payments with the effect of discharging the debt can only be made to PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

Please note that the payment options direct debit and purchase on account are currently only available to customers from Germany.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING

Customers from European Non-EU-countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway) and from the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia can shop tax-free with us, as long as the delivery address is situated in the respective country. Depending on your delivery address our shop system will automatically choose the correct tax rate.
