Returns – 2 simple steps


1. Cancellation notice

Cancel your order within 14 days max.


2. Fill in RETURN FORM

If you cannot print out the return form, please give the required information on the backside of your invoice and enclose it with your return shipment, otherwise the processing of your return will be delayed.

It usually takes us 2 working days to process return deliveries. Please refrain from checking back with us during this time.

Return delivery cost: The buyer is bearing full cost of return delivery when cancelling his / her order. Attention, if you send in your return not-prepaid we will deduct the resulting cost in the refund process.

Partial cancellation: If you would like to cancel your purchase only partially and the shipping costs are as a consequence below our free shipping limit, please pay attention to the following linked hints for partial cancellation of contract.

Safe packaging: Parcel transport can be rough. Plase make sure to secure your returned item properly. Parcel contents must be secured appropriately to all 6 sides to avoid damage from plunge or fall of the parcel. Original packaging should be protected by suitable outer packaking, preferably the one you received the item in. We do not assume any liability for transport damage to the returned goods caused by insufficient packaging!

  1. If you would like to exchange an item please cancel your order like described above and return the not wanted item. We will refund the money completely.
  2. Place an new order for the item you want.




All our products, depending on kind of packaging, are being checked before dispatch to make sure you only receive products that are generically free from faults. 

Should there still be faults to complain about, we kindly ask you to describe any faults as detailed as possible in your complaint. Instead of a detailed written complaint you are welcome to send us a few photos instead (at least 1x the product as a whole and 1x the claimed defect in detail). That way, only perceived shortcomings can be clarified before returning the product and actual small defects can be compensated to your satisfaction.

Please note: A complaint is not a cancellation of contract! In the case of a complaint, the sales contract remains valid for the time being, and we have the right to subsequent performance / improvement!
